An effective rejuvenating face mask, which can be easily prepared at home, will help restore a fresh complexion and youthful skin. We'll add right away that you need to do it in courses: 2 times a year, every spring and autumn, for 14 days. Recommended for women over 30 to keep their skin well-groomed for a long time.
What to cook for you:
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey (if you have no contraindications, then you can safely add);
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fatty sour cream;
- 1/4 pack of cottage cheese.
- 1 chicken egg.
- 10 drops of fresh lemon juice.
- 1 ampoule of aloe, vitamin B 1 and B 12 (buy in advance at the pharmacy).
Mix all components well in a glass container. The consistency of the mask should resemble a thick cream. In the evening, a few hours before bedtime, distribute the mask on a pre-steamed, well-cleansed face (you can also on the neck). As usual, let stand for 20-30 minutes, then rinse off with cool water. We carry out the procedure every evening for 14 days. Store the mask in a cool place (in the refrigerator).
