Let's reveal a little secret, which, perhaps, many people use, but someone has not heard about it yet: apply a layer of mascara on the eyelashes of one eye. Let it dry a little. We take a regular cotton swab, lightly paint it in powder for the face, and apply the powder to the very tips of the eyelashes with this stick. Take mascara again and apply another "control" layer. Do the same with the second eye.
