According to a study carried out by psychologists, the presence of a photo with a deep cut in clothes on the resume of women significantly increases the chances of a positive response from the employer.
Researchers are confident that this advice is a win-win employment option. If a girl sends a resume with a photograph, where she is depicted in a dress or with a neckline that exposes part of her chest, shoulders and neck, then the likelihood of employment increases almost 20 times. This has been proven experimentally.
The experts decided to confirm their case
To do this, they resorted to the services of two girls who had similar external data and the same work experience in a certain field of activity.
The researchers suggested that one participant in the experiment put on a strict classic suit, and the other - to use a more revealing and free outfit. The experiment lasted for 3 years.
Its results have confirmed the point of view of psychologists. It was estimated that the girl in the revealing outfit received 62 percent more positive emails than the one who posted a photo in the formal suit on her resume. Experts also argue that all women can use this system (regardless of position and nature of work).
