How to make a spray (mist) that will transform your skin beyond recognition

Moisturizing sprays (mist) are produced by many brands for thirsty skin, softening, maintaining a healthy ph. But homemade formulations effectively replace purchased products, giving the skin the main condition for youth - moisture.

How to make a mist for the face yourself

Oils are essential components of myst because they soften, moisturize and strengthen the skin. Due to the omega-3 fats, they help build strong cell membranes and retain moisture inside. The glycerin formulation helps attract moisture from the air and prevents dehydration.

1. Moisturizing for oily skin

In a spray bottle, mix half a glass of rose water (its recipe at the end), two tablespoons of jojoba oil, which is easily absorbed and quickly moisturizes the skin.

2. Dry skin: special attention

Dry skin is the cradle of wrinkles, therefore it needs special care, especially in summer and winter.

  • A quarter glass of distilled water;
  • 2 teaspoons of vegetable glycerin;
  • 5 ml. grape seed oils;
  • one capsule of vitamin E;
  • 10 drops of any eff. oils.

Grape seed oil mimics sebum, which is deficient in dry skin, protects cells with antioxidants, and provides an even skin tone. Vitamin E, in addition to active protection of cells, heals microdamages.

3. Jasmine against stress:

  • Jasmine green tea bag;
  • 3 drops eff. lemon oil;
  • 2 drops of vitamin E oil from an ampoule.

Boil water, brew steep tea for 10 minutes. After cooling down, fill a 30 ml bottle with tea, add essential oil and vitamin E. Store at home in the refrigerator, at work - on the window, if there is no refrigerator in the office. This mist will give dry skin freshness, protection and provide stress relief.

4. Cucumber and aloe for hydration:

  • 1 small cucumber;
  • One third of a glass of distilled water;
  • 1 tsp aloe juice;
  • 1 tsp witch hazel oil extract.

Peel the cucumber, beat with a blender, fold into cheesecloth and squeeze to obtain the extract. Pour 30 ml of water into a bottle, add aloe juice, extracts and stir before spraying.

This super moisturizer is a first aid for dry skin.

5. Rose water anti aging:

  • Half a glass of rose water (her recipe at the end);
  • 3 drops of vitamin E oil;
  • 3 drops eff. ylang-ylang oils.

It is an emollient, tonic and protective formulation against dry air wrinkles.

  • Half a cup of strongly brewed and chilled green tea
  • 4 drops eff. tea tree oil.

Brew a tea bag in half a glass of boiling water for five minutes, let it cool down and pour into a bottle, add the essential oil, and shake. Myst Double Strikes by enlarged pores, germs and inflammation.

6. Lavender for cleansing

  • Half a glass of distilled water
  • 4 drops eff. lavender oils;
  • 1 teaspoon witch hazel oil extract.

Lavender is a well-known anti-germ remedy, and witch hazel adds a cleansing effect.

7. Rose water for rejuvenation

The components of all recipes are designed for bottles with a volume of 30-40 ml.Rose water is the foundation of skin health and is the best alternative to water in these moisturizing mysts.

To get it, three tablespoons of rose petals need to be poured with two glasses of boiling water and left for twelve hours.
